Simply pick your protein, cut up your veggies, fill up a large salad bowl and top with a low carb salad dressing. Then you give yourself one hour to eat as much of your salad as you can.The execution is extremely easy. The only thing you must worry about is what you want in your ridiculously big salad. A Slimming Surprise

Always bone-weary, Amanda knew diets made her feel worse. So she announced to her family, “For the foreseeable future, Mom’s services are closed. Don’t bother me unless the house is on fire.” Her boys — Alastair, 9, and Frederick, 15 — rolled their eyes; husband Sander agreed to pick up slack at the couple’s consulting business.
